Launch of Jumeirah Gulf Estate

The latest of these switches from one area of Dubai to another landed the developers right in the middle of Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE). The JGE has recently launched its baby project Al-Andalus, which is a vast estate with mid-market townhouses as well as well-equipped apartments along with a community centre.
